The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Unless otherwise noted, all items are made-to-order and handmade. It can take 1-2 weeks for creation. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Items are shipped via USPS. Lighter items are shipped US First Class with the option of priority mail upgrades. While we always try to ship our merchandise out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates due to USPS sometimes being unpredictable.
We have to charge shipping costs based on estimated prices. Sometimes we are able to find a cheaper rate with flat rate or regional boxes. If we find that you have overpaid for shipping, we will refund you at time of shipment. We never want you to have to pay more than you have to.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate and personal items (for health/hygiene reasons)
In the case of an item that was damaged during shipping
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless I am determined to be at fault). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
